Dr. Abdirizak Hassan Isse
Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Abdirizak Hassan Isse is a seasoned public health specialist and development practitioner with extensive experience in health systems strengthening, strategic planning and policy development, reproductive health, and social accountability in Somalia and the wider Horn of Africa. With a strong background in program design, research, and policy advocacy, he has led and supported initiatives that improve maternal, newborn, and child health outcomes, expand family planning access, and build resilient community health structures.

Abdirashid Awad Dirie Studied Master of Science in Economics, Business Administration, and Computer Science at the University of Vaasa, Finland.
He worked as a teacher, trainer, and test leader in an educational process that is in conjunction with the ECDL (European Computer Driving License). The European Computer Driving Licence (ECDL), also known as International Computer Driving Licence. (ICDL) is an internationally recognized IT qualification designed to give learners the skills to use a computer confidently and effectively.
